Maison Mono – Declaration of Agreement

By purchasing artwork from Maison Mono, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Copyright

   All artwork sold by Maison Mono is the intellectual property of Maison Mono. Buyers are granted ownership of the physical print purchased, but copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. No part of the artwork may be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

2. Payment & Order Confirmation

   Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received. Prices are stated in British pounds, and Maison Mono reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Shipping

   Artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped using trackable methods. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but Maison Mono is not liable for delays outside of our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays).

4. Returns & Exchanges

   Maison Mono offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped. Refunds or replacements will be issued promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

5. Product Descriptions & Display

   Maison Mono strives to display artwork accurately online. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, or lighting. These variations are considered part of the artistic medium and are not considered defects.

6. Customer Responsibility

   By purchasing from Maison Mono, customers confirm that they are over 18 years old and that the shipping address provided is accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

   Maison Mono is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our artwork. Liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

8. Agreement Acceptance

   By placing an order with Maison Mono, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
